The late Renaissance family Palace Dešković has been registered as a cultural monument at the Historic Buildings Institute in Split. It was built as early as 1497.

Using restoration techniques and traditional methods the palace has been reconstructed and refurbished, both in the interior and exterior, and transformed into a luxurious four-star hotel.
