It has been built over number of years by the owners for their own use, but having many requests already while building it, owners decided to offer it for rent as well. Directly on the beach, the villa is surrounded with untouched nature apart from its own large garden and sundeck, shaded private parking for 8 cars and parking space for 20 more. Located on the quiet street, away from the main road with no neighbour houses surrounding it, the location gives real meaning to the words private holyday.

The house itself is divided in several parts:
Ground floor has a big lobby area with a TV room and a fire place.
Stretching further is a kitchen / dining room space providing the guests with everything a home needs. The ground floor has 150m2.
First floor has two duplex apartments, each with its own outside staircase entry. Each apartment has 150m2 divided in two levels. First level is a master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with two single beds best suitable for children, a master bathroom with shower and toilet, and another separate toilet room. Large living room with fully functional kitchen, dining table for eight and a large balcony with sitting garden furniture, one for each apartment, with a stunning sea view. Going to the upper level, through a spiral staircase, you enter to an area of two very large bedrooms both with king bed, a second bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

This villa is a traditional Dalmatian stone house from the 19th century which we renovated into a comfortable villa for 6 to 7 persons. 

The villa has over 130 m2 of the interior, a forecourt with a swimming pool, a roofed sitting area, a garden and a covered parking place. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and also the exit to the „sular“ with a view of the sea and the other shore of the Brač sea channel. The „sular“ is a local name for the top of a staircase, which was traditionally situated before the main entrance to the living area on the first floor. Now the wooden stairs connect the first floor bedrooms with the living room on the ground floor, where it used to be a room for keeping olive oil, vine, tools etc.

On the ground floor, besides the living room with TV and a fireplace, there is also a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a big bathroom, additional toilet and one more bathroom. There is an exit from the master bedroom to the small romantic back garden with a terrace. The swimming pool with a hydro massage bench and a garden with an old olive tree are in the forecourt. A wooden sun deck is by the pool, and underneath, on the street level, is the parking place. A particularly attractive place is the outside dining area with a grill, covered with the authentic stone roof, which is traditional in old Dalmatian rural architecture.

Villa B 04 overlooks the beach on the lovely east side of Sutivan – a beautifully restored traditional Brac village where you will find local produce market, graceful stone buildings, natural gardens, fresh fish from local fishermen and a lively art community.  The villa is of beautiful Brac stone set in pretty gardens on the outside and modern Italian, spacious and fully furnished, on the inside, with tile flooring and all the amenities to make your holiday carefree and complete. Villa B 04 has 4 private suites, perfect for families or groups of friends on holiday together. Each suite has its own entrance.

The Family Suite is on the first floor at the front overlooking the sea with air conditioned sun porch along the entire front overlooking the pool terrace, the sea and Split in the distance. The additional 3 garden suites are on the second floor. 
The large Family Suite is perfect for gathering, sharing meals and enjoying the beautiful Brac sunsets from the sun porch.The "Family Suite" faces the sea with a view to the graceful village of Sutivan. A large enclosed porch spans the front with picture windows overlooking the pool and sea. The Family Suite has 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms (one with shower, one with large Jacuzzi bathtub, one WC) with open plan living room/dining area/kitchen. This amazing Villa is located in the town of Hvar on the island of the same name It is located in the historic core – the very center of the town, only 20 meters from the sea and the main town promenade. The Villa was built in the Baroque period, between 1590 and 1612. As a cultural monument, it has been placed under the protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of the Republic of Croatia.From 2007 to 2009, the building itself and the interior courtyard/garden were reconstructed and adapted according to the instructions of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of the Republic of Croatia, as well as furnished as a luxury residential building for tourism.
